1. Identification, scope and acceptance
ServiUno is a brand and technology platform with its stated place of business in Bogotá D.C., Colombia. These Terms govern its website, dashboard, accounts, subscriptions, modules, integrations and other related features (collectively, the “Service”).

The individual or company that subscribes to the Service is the “Customer”, and those given access under its account are the “Users”. Anyone acting on behalf of a company represents that they have sufficient authority to bind it.
Creating an account, paying for a subscription or using the Service after having access to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the current version. If a specific acceptance control is enabled, it will not be preselected, and the Platform may retain the version, date, account and technical information needed to establish that consent was given.
The selected plan, the summary shown before payment and any accepted special offer form part of the contract. If there is a written agreement for a “Custom” plan, its specific conditions will prevail on matters they expressly address.
2. Description of the Service
ServiUno is a management platform for service businesses. Depending on the purchased plan and available configuration, it may include modules for tire and vehicle service centers, repair shops, car washes, stores, food businesses, barbershops and hotels, together with tools for scheduling, customers, inventory, orders, cash management, payments, quotes, reports, roles, documents, artificial intelligence and invoicing.
The applicable modules, number of locations and Users, billing cycle, price and features are those stated in the offer and purchase summary. Demonstration images and data are illustrative and do not necessarily correspond to the Customer’s actual information.
ServiUno is an operational tool. It does not replace accounting, tax, legal, employment or other professional advice.
3. Accounts and security
The Customer must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. It is responsible for assigning appropriate permissions, disabling access that is no longer needed and protecting its credentials. Each User must use their own access credentials and refrain from sharing passwords.
The Customer must immediately notify the contact channel if it detects unauthorized access or an incident. This responsibility does not release ServiUno from its legal duties concerning security, safekeeping and data protection.
4. Plans, prices and payments
Prices are expressed in Colombian pesos and include VAT: the published price of each plan and add-on is the total charged, with no additional taxes. The plan, billing cycle and total amount of the transaction are shown before the purchase is completed.
Subscription payments are processed through ePayco. The payment gateway collects and processes the payment method; ServiUno receives the reference, status and other metadata needed to reconcile the transaction and activate the account. ePayco’s terms may apply within its interface, without reducing ServiUno’s legal obligations to the Customer.
The account is activated when payment is approved. A pending, declined, failed, canceled, reversed or unconfirmed transaction does not activate the subscription period. The transaction receipt or status is made available through the payment response flow.
The monthly cycle covers one month and the annual cycle covers twelve months. The current implementation does not perform automatic renewals: each new period requires a new payment from the Customer. Any future recurring billing mechanism will require prior information and express authorization.
Price changes will apply only to future purchases or renewals, once communicated, and will not retroactively change a period already paid for.
When a company activates verification of transfers from its own customers, ServiUno may compare the payment due with notices received in an authorized Gmail account and, on Android, with financial notifications that the user permits. The result assists reconciliation and is not a certification issued by the bank; the company must review pending, ambiguous or risky cases and remains responsible for delivering the goods or services.
When the Customer enables Stripe to receive payments from its own customers, those payments are processed in the Stripe account configured for its company. Stripe collects the payment method, and ServiUno retains references, statuses, amounts, currency and the data needed to reconcile the sale. If Stripe Tax is enabled, the sale’s line items and tax classifications are transmitted, and the addresses needed to calculate the tax breakdown included in the total are collected. This configuration does not by itself register the Customer with a tax authority or change payment for its ServiUno subscription through ePayco.
5. Term, non-renewal and consumer rights
The subscription lasts for the selected period. There is no additional minimum commitment or automatic subsequent charge. The Customer can avoid renewal by not making a new payment.
When the membership expires or is canceled, ServiUno may restrict access until it is renewed. The Customer must download or request any information it needs before termination. Subsequent retention and deletion are governed by the Privacy Policy, the Customer’s valid instructions and applicable legal obligations.
When the Customer qualifies as a consumer under Colombian law, it retains all mandatory rights under Law 1480 of 2011 and its amendments. No provision of these Terms waives those rights.
When the right of withdrawal applies to a distance sale, it may be exercised within five (5) business days after the contract is concluded. Its applicability and exceptions — including certain services whose performance has begun with the consumer’s agreement — will be assessed under the law and the circumstances of the purchase. A payment reversal may be requested in the cases and within the time limits established by law.
6. Electronic invoicing and documents
When a plan or agreement includes electronic invoicing, the feature is subject to activation, tax configuration and the availability of the technology provider and DIAN. ServiUno may transmit the necessary information to Siigo or the configured operator and to the relevant authorities.
The Customer is responsible for providing and reviewing its tax identification, tax obligations, numbering, authorization resolution, purchaser details, taxes, products and other information for each document, and for checking its submission, acceptance, rejection and CUFE.
A PDF, preview or internal record must not be considered validated by DIAN until the system displays the corresponding confirmation. ServiUno does not perform the duties of the Customer’s accountant, statutory auditor or tax adviser.
For Mexico, the Facturapi connector allows CFDI issuance to be requested for sales supported by the workflow, their status to be checked and the provider’s XML and PDF to be obtained. Each company configures its own organization and credential; activation, certificates and production requirements are completed in Facturapi. ServiUno transmits the necessary issuer and recipient tax data, line items, classifications, payment forms, amounts and taxes. A draft or test document is not equivalent to a confirmed production CFDI; the status and UUID returned by the provider distinguish an issued document.
7. Artificial intelligence features
Some features allow operational information to be queried or documents to be analyzed using automated models. They may rely on OpenAI and Anthropic services. Providing these features may involve transmitting the question, file and necessary context, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Results may contain errors, omissions or incorrect interpretations. The Customer must review each classification, amount, tax, due date, recommendation or response before using or recording it, issuing an invoice, making a payment or taking a decision.
AI does not provide professional advice or issue official decisions. It must not be used as the sole source for legal, tax, employment, credit or other decisions that have significant effects on an individual.
8. Customer data and content
The Customer retains its rights over the information, files and content it adds to the Service. It authorizes ServiUno to host and process them only to the extent necessary to perform the contract, provide support, protect the system and comply with legal obligations.
For data concerning customers, employees, guests, suppliers or other individuals that the Customer enters for its own purposes, the Customer normally acts as the Data Controller and ServiUno as the Data Processor.
The Customer must have valid authorizations or grounds, collect only relevant data, disclose its purposes, configure permissions and respond to data subjects’ rights. It must not enter unnecessary sensitive data or children’s data, or data for which it lacks authorization or a legal basis.
Public links protected by a token must be treated as confidential credentials and shared only with authorized recipients.
9. Intellectual property
The ServiUno brand, software, code, design, documentation and proprietary components belong to the Provider or its licensors. During the subscription, the Customer is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Service in accordance with the plan.
Copying, reselling, sublicensing, decompiling, bypassing controls, extracting information in bulk or attempting to access unauthorized components is prohibited, except as permitted by mandatory law.
The Customer retains ownership of its brands and content and represents that it can lawfully use them. The technical license granted to ServiUno ends when the content is no longer needed, subject to legal retention obligations.
10. Acceptable use
The Customer and its Users agree not to use the Service for:
- unlawful or fraudulent activities, or activities that infringe third-party rights;
- issuing false documents or deliberately recording misleading information;
- introducing malware, affecting availability or attempting to compromise accounts or controls;
- processing personal data without authorization or beyond the stated purpose;
- using AI results without the necessary review when they may affect third parties.
11. Third-party services
The Service may depend on ePayco, Stripe, DIAN, Siigo, Facturapi or another invoicing provider, Brevo, Google — including the Gmail API when authorized —, OpenAI, Anthropic, ordering platforms, and hosting, security and communications services. Their availability and technical rules may affect specific features.
ServiUno may replace a provider to maintain or improve the Service. If the change substantially affects data processing or a contracted feature, notice will be given as required by law. The involvement of third parties does not release ServiUno from its legal obligations.
12. Availability, maintenance and support
ServiUno will endeavor to keep the Service available and correct faults diligently. It may perform maintenance, security updates and adjustments needed for its operation. When reasonably possible, it will give notice of planned interruptions.
No specific availability percentage or guaranteed response time is offered unless agreed in writing under a “Custom” plan. “Priority support” means priority in the support queue and does not, by itself, constitute a service level agreement.
13. Changes to the Service or these Terms
Features and conditions already paid for will be honored during the contracted period. ServiUno may make changes needed for security, legal compliance or compatibility, provided they do not unjustifiably reduce the purchased service.
Material changes to these Terms will be communicated before taking effect. If they alter essential obligations, renewed acceptance will be requested where appropriate. Unfavorable changes will not apply retroactively to a period already paid for.
14. Suspension and termination
ServiUno may proportionately suspend access due to expiry, non-payment, security risks, a legal order, unlawful use or a serious breach. When consistent with the urgency of the situation and the law, it will state the reason and offer a reasonable opportunity to remedy it.
If ServiUno permanently withdraws the Service, it will provide reasonable advance notice, facilitate the available export options and provide any applicable remedies or refunds for the paid portion that cannot be delivered.
15. Warranties, liability and force majeure
ServiUno is responsible for the quality, fitness and security it offers and for breaches attributable to it. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information it provides, its instructions, the assignment of permissions and the use of results.
ServiUno will not be liable for consequences caused exclusively by incorrect Customer data, use contrary to these Terms or external events it could not reasonably have prevented. This does not limit liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence, security or data protection breaches, statutory warranties, refunds or other rights that cannot be excluded.
A force majeure event suspends affected obligations while it continues. The affected party must mitigate its effects and give notice when reasonably possible. If it prevents delivery of a paid period for a prolonged time, the remedies provided by law will apply.
16. Requests, complaints, claims and support
Requests may be sent to jfajardor9210@gmail.com with the subject “PQR ServiUno”. They should include the name, identification or company, email associated with the account, facts, request and available supporting evidence. The same email thread allows the date, time and follow-up of the request to be retained.
Consumer complaints will be answered within the applicable statutory time limits. Personal data inquiries and complaints follow the procedure and time limits in the Privacy Policy.
Consumers may also consult the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio. This link does not replace the right to submit a direct complaint or limit access to the competent authority.
17. Governing law and final provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. The parties will endeavor to resolve any dispute directly; if that is not possible, they may turn to the competent courts or authorities, including the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio. The reference to Bogotá D.C. does not deprive consumers of the jurisdiction granted to them by law, and these Terms do not impose an arbitration agreement.
If a clause is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in effect. Failure to exercise a right immediately does not waive it. In consumer relationships, any doubt will be interpreted in the manner most favorable to the consumer, and mandatory rules will prevail.
For reference, see Law 527 of 1999, Law 1480 of 2011 and Law 1581 of 2012.
